 Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity Night with the Somerset Patriots Come celebrate Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity and their two newest Homeowner families! The Padmore and Atnafu Kechinu/Daba families will be in attendance as the Somerset Patriots rebrand for the day as the Jersey Diners and face the Hartford Yard Goals (affiliate of the Colorado Rockies).
Kids can run the bases after the game!
